RETURN POLICY

Yowie wants you to love your products as much as we do!
In case you’re having second thoughts we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. Before sending back your item please email shannon@shopyowie.com to get your return approved.

Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please pack these items well and insure them for the full amount. We are not responsible for lost packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order.
